Terms of Service

1. The service

My Little Stories emails a personalised, AI-generated bedtime story once per day per active child profile, at a time you choose. Stories are gentle, moderated, and intended for children aged 2–12.

2. Who can subscribe

You must be at least 18 years old and be the parent or legal guardian of any child profile you create. You are responsible for the safety and appropriateness of any content shared with your child.

3. Free trial and billing

New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you are automatically charged AUD $9.90 per month. Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

4. Refunds

We offer refunds on request for the current billing period if you haven't used the service. Contact us at hello@mylittlestories.com.au.

5. AI-generated content

Stories are written by an AI language model with a moderation pass before delivery. While we take safety seriously, we cannot guarantee any specific story is perfect. If a story ever feels off, please email us — and cancel immediately if you no longer trust the service.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your dashboard. On cancellation, story generation stops immediately; past stories remain accessible.

7. Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee delivery of any specific story. Technical issues occasionally happen; a missed evening is not grounds for a refund on its own.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
